The breakfast made my day. Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with one of their colorfull meals so jumped on the motorcycle from Amsterdam (normally 15min), ran out of gas, hitchhiked to a gasstation, saw my bike being towed away and convinced the guy that I needed to get my girl her breakfast. He helped me out and in the end we had the best fruity Chia breakfast we ever had. Big thumbs up for Oh my guts!

I am very enthusiastic about ordering every week from the menu selection. It saves me eating bad food at work, the food is delicious and every week new choices. I order both breakfast and lunch choices, with a busy agenda I do not have to think and saves time for cooking. Great concept

I love the cauliflower dish. It made me feel sated the whole day and I actually lost a pound the next day. The rest of the dishes are wholesome and yummy.

Ordering at OMG for a few months now and every week I am super happy with the meals! Lot of veggies and very tasty. Busy schedule during weekdays, so on these days this is really a godsend. Pad Thai and Dahl are definite favourites

Oh My Guts is helping me to eat better and healthy. Tasty meals and snacks. Since I'm lactose intolerant it's amazing that they use lactose free products, I don't need to worry about it. I really recommend.

We tried the Christmas pack and the Valentine pack. They were both abundant and incredible delicious! Rich, fresh, elaborated, curated in the details, clear in the instructions, even with printed menus for the table and a booklet showing how to arrange all meals' component. You guys rock. So much so, that we are ordering from you again this week!

This is the most delicious and healthy meal prep/ delivery service I have ever experienced. The food is healthy, fresh, delicious, full of flavour! My first experience was detox plan- AMAZING! Detoxing was never so easy. I feel energised and my body feels nourished. Next up the weekly plan- really looking forward to trying it out, but have no doubt it will be amazing as well!

I ordered several boxes from them because not only is it convenient and they have a lot of nice vegan and vegetarian options, but because I've been going through a heavy surgical period. During this time, I am left weak, energy-less, and with no strength to cook. Last week there was a problem with the delivery because the delivery guy did not ring the bell and the meals stayed the whole night outside and became all soggy. Customer support was incredibly fast in responding and they did not hesitate to send my order again without me having to pay again. This time, they also included a nice cake. I was really grateful for how they handled it and truly touched, especially since I've been dealing with a lot lately.
